[01/07] > What we build

Client portals and internal systems, built to be handed over.

Three fixed-price packages, integrations quoted per system, and a monthly plan that keeps what we deliver running. The prices are on the page.

[02/07] > Services

Three packages.
One fixed price each.

Each one is a fixed scope quoted before a single line is written. Connecting the systems you already run is scoped separately and quoted per project.

//01 Company website

Business Site

A multi-page company site that explains what you do and puts enquiries in your inbox, built from your mockup or from a structure we propose.

Fixed€700excl. VAT

15 working days

  • Pages, navigation and enquiry forms
  • Editable copy, handed over documented
  • Hosting, domain and SSL configured
//03 Internal tools

Operations System

The back office your team works in every day: records, workflows and the reports management actually opens on Monday.

Fixed€1,500excl. VAT

Quoted with a schedule

  • Records, stages and workflows you define
  • Team logins with permission roles
  • Reporting built around your questions
//04 On request

Integrations

The accounting package, the mailbox, the warehouse, the enquiry form: connected so a record is entered once and appears everywhere it is needed.

  • Two-way sync between the systems you already run
  • Migration from spreadsheets or an older tool
  • Scheduled imports, exports and reconciliation
  • Alerts when a transfer fails, not silent loss

Quoted per system

Free scoping call, then a written specification and one fixed figure before anything is built.

Describe your systems

Package prices are per project, in euro, excluding VAT. TrustNova Solutions SIA is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to invoices. Nothing here is bought online: every package leads to a written scope and a fixed quote first.

[03/07] > Process

Fifteen working days.
Four steps.

The same sequence runs on every package. What changes between a business site and an operations system is how long the middle two steps take.

  1. //01 Day 1

    A conversation about what the system has to do, who uses it and what it has to talk to. You leave with a written specification: screens, roles, data model, integrations, and the exact list of what is not included.

    Scope call

    RequirementsWritten specFixed quote
  2. //02 Days 2–3

    We agree what data lives where, who may see it, and how anything existing gets migrated. Credentials and third-party accounts are opened in your name before a line is written.

    Data and access

    Data modelRolesAccounts
  3. //03 Days 4–12

    The build happens on a staging URL you can open at any time. Progress is visible daily rather than revealed in a single handover at the end.

    Engineering

    Staging URLDaily commitsReview rounds
  4. //04 Days 13–15

    We deploy to your hosting, point your domain, hand over the repository and every credential, and walk your team through the parts they will operate themselves.

[04/07] > After launch

Monthly plans.
Prepaid, cancel any time.

Every project is handed over as code you own. If you would rather not operate it alone, put it on a plan: patches, backups, monitoring and a set number of change hours each month.

Monthly plan //01

Care

Keeps a delivered system patched, backed up and watched.

€8.90/ month excl. VAT

Charged monthly

€6.50/ month excl. VAT

€19.50 charged once for 3 months saves €7.20

€4.50/ month excl. VAT

€54 charged once for 12 months saves €52.80

Every month, on every plan

  • Security patches and dependency updates
  • Daily off-site backups with a monthly restore check
  • Uptime and error monitoring, with an alert when something breaks
  • Email support, answered within 2 business days
Request Care

Prepaid, invoiced in euro. Starts after launch.

Monthly plan //03

Managed

For a system the business runs on, where an hour of downtime costs more than the plan.

€28.90/ month excl. VAT

Charged monthly

€21/ month excl. VAT

€63 charged once for 3 months saves €23.70

€14.50/ month excl. VAT

€174 charged once for 12 months saves €172.80

Everything in Support, plus

  • Up to 4 hours of changes every month
  • Urgent issues started the same working day
  • Cover for outages outside business hours
  • A named engineer and a quarterly review with a written plan
Request Managed

Prepaid, invoiced in euro. Starts after launch.

Monthly plans are quoted and charged in euro, excluding VAT. TrustNova Solutions SIA is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. A plan is prepaid for the period you choose and starts the day payment is received. It renews at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date, and we send a reminder at least 7 days beforehand. Cancellation and refund rules are in the Terms of Service, section 7.

[05/07] > How we work

Systems you can audit,
not rent.

//01Repository transfer

You own the system

The repository is handed over when the project is paid for, and it runs on hosting in your name. No per-seat licence, no platform fee, nothing to keep renting from us to stay operational.

//02Written quote

Fixed scope, fixed price

You approve the specification and the number before work begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted before it is built, never after.

//03EU hosting available

Your data stays yours

EU data centres where you want them, export and deletion built in from the start, and no copies kept on our side after handover.

//04Server-enforced

Permissions that hold

Who may see a price, change a record or export the client list is decided by you and enforced on the server, not by trust.

//05Verifiable

Registered in the EU

A Latvian limited company with a commercial register entry you can verify: No. 40203775947.

//06Direct line

One person to write to

The engineer who built it answers your email. Nothing is passed to an account manager after launch.

[06/07] > Tooling

Boring tools,
chosen on purpose.

Nothing here is experimental. Every dependency has years of production behind it, active maintenance, and a hiring pool if you ever move on from us.

[07/07] > Questions

Buying questions.
Straight answers.

//01 We already have a website. Can you build only the portal?

Yes, and that is the common case. A client portal or an operations system sits behind whatever you already run: it gets its own subdomain, carries your branding, and links back to the existing site. Nothing has to be rebuilt for us to start.

//02 Who decides who can see what?

You do, at the scope call, and the answer goes into the specification as a table of roles against permissions. It is then enforced on the server, so a hidden button is never the only thing standing between a user and a record they should not open.

//03 What happens to the system if we stop working with you?

Nothing stops. The repository is yours from the moment the project is paid for, it runs on hosting in your name, and the handover includes every credential plus a written map of what talks to what. Cancel a monthly plan and the system keeps running; you simply patch it yourself or hire someone else to.

//04 Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

No. The usual brief is the opposite: keep the accounting package, the mailbox and the warehouse, and stop retyping between them. We connect what exists and build only the part that is genuinely missing.

//05 How do you handle personal data?

A portal or an internal system holds data about real people, so it is built for that from the start: minimal collection, role-based access, an audit trail on sensitive changes, and export and deletion routines for a subject's request. You remain the controller, we act as processor, and we sign a data processing agreement on request. Details are in the privacy policy.

//06 Something breaks at nine in the evening. What then?

That depends on what you bought. Without a plan, write to us and it is picked up the next working day. On Support you get a written report after every alert and a reply within one business day. On Managed outages outside business hours are covered and urgent issues start the same working day. The plans say exactly which is which; we do not promise cover nobody paid for.

//07 How is a project priced and invoiced?

One fixed figure against a written specification, agreed before anything is built, with larger projects split into milestones. Invoiced by TrustNova Solutions SIA in euro and paid by bank transfer. The company is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Work outside the specification is quoted before it starts, never after.

Next step

Send the brief.
Get a fixed quote.

A paragraph about what the system has to do is enough to start. You get a written scope and a fixed price back, not a sales sequence.

No sales call unless you ask for one.
